We have a super fun and innovative system where you can buy limited edition pieces whenever you want. The brand offers a box, the Active Box that is created in a personalized way according to your tastes, the colors you choose, your sizes and the type of piece you wish to receive. You can also choose the number of pieces you want to receive, from 1 garment to 4 and you can buy it as many times as you want.
The experience of receiving a surprise is our identity as we give you the emotion of receiving a box made for you and surprise you with our designs, quality and the comfort of each garment.

¿Where the Active Box is shipped 
 
Our main operations center is located in Caracas, Venezuela, for this reason, shipments and deliveries are free for this country. A surcharge will be made for shipping in the checkout box and this varies in price depending on your country.
 
¿What will I receive in my Active Box?
  
Each box you receive will have the number of pieces you choose, between 1 garment up to 4 different garments between leggings, bras, tops, jackets, gloves and more. You choose what type of garments to receive and we surprise you with the designs.Our design team will select the pieces for you in a personalized way. You will always get a variety of designs within the type of pieces you want to receive.

¿After choosing my plan and completing my profile, when does Active Box arrive?? 

Depending on the country you are in, it may take between 3 days or 3 weeks.

¿Can I edit my profile on my next purchase or will I only have one chance to create and continue buying the box 

Every time you want to buy you can recreate your profile and choose different colors, clothes and sizes. It is not editable, your profile will not have the option to edit. You must make a profile at the time of each purchase.

¿I have to complete the entire purchase process to receive Active Box

¿What forms of payment do you accept?
You can make your purchase with PayPal, ZELLE transfer and cash that only applies to the city of Caracas.

¿What about something that doesn't fit me 
  
The profile of likes must be complete, if we have more information about you, the surprise will be better. It is very important that you know your size very well. ¿What kind of refund do you accept?
  
We only make changes when you receive the parts in the wrong sizes or demonstrably damaged parts. We do not refund your subscription money, we do not make changes if you did not like a piece. You can write an email to bpactivewear@gmail.com If you have any of these problems and we will help you or come to an agreement.
Due to our varied and limited edition collections, if changes of pieces arise due to size errors or damage, the pieces may be exchanged for others in surprise mode, that is, the change made may be a piece of different design.
You only have 3 days to make your claim and write to our email to make the change.
¿If I receive my Active Box and some part does not work for me, I can change the size and the change will be the same design 

We accept resizing if our team is wrong in the size they chose in their profile. You must be sure of its size in each type of piece. You can go to our size guide section to know the measurements with which we work. In any case, if the error was on your part, we can make the change for another surprise piece within the category you chose.

Our collections are constantly changing, if we make a size change and the design is not available, we will send you another different design as a surprise. That is, if you make a change, the design of the part may change, this will probably be a surprise too.

When we ship the box, you will receive an email from the shipping company we have chosen, and according to the tracking number, you can track it through the web. Deliveries in Caracas are made in the week of your purchase, it could take a little longer depending on other orders and customers. Deliveries to other cities in Venezuela are made with a shipment and the local shipping company of your choice.
