Shipping Policy

A Note on Shipping:

Orders ship from our New York fulfillment location. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and carrier.

US shipping is free on orders of $300 or more. Standard shipping for US orders below $300 is $15. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

While we invest significant care in our packaging process, the journey from our studio to your doorstep involves external shipping carriers. We understand the anticipation of receiving your BP AIRBAG perfectly intact. However, once your package leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for the condition of the balloon upon arrival if it becomes deflated due to poor handling or transit conditions by the shipping company.

Rest assured, regardless of the balloon's state, your beautiful BARBARA PORTTO activewear pieces inside will always arrive protected and ready for you to enjoy. We invite you to savor every unique moment of your BARBARA PORTTO experience, starting with the pop!
